Our Services

Services at Janosik Dental are comfortable, caring,  and comprehensive.

Our practice considers that pain-free treatments and a pleasant physical environment produce the best results, and promote overall dental and general health. This philosophy permeates all of our services from communicating the basics of dental oral hygiene, to the complexities of cosmetic dental options, restorations, and root canals.

Pediatric Dentistry gives kids a healthy start. Janosik Dental encourages good dental habits in children, and likes to establish routine care around age three. We offer sealants for children, and diet and nutrition consultation to educate children and their parents. Staff at Janosik Dental have continuing education in child dentistry.

Smile makeovers and aesthetic dentistry are a Janosik Dental emphasis. Creation of a beautiful smile improves self-confidence and helps you to make a great first impression.

Janosik Dental treats complex cosmetic situations including:

We use tooth-colored fillings only – at Janosik Dental, silver and metallic fillings have not been used since 1996 for recognized health benefits and overall aesthetics. All fillings are mercury free.

Veneers

We have more than 25 years of experience applying veneers. Dr. Janosik works with the patient to design a new smile. All treatment options, including Lumineers®, are fully discussed before the treatment is provided.

Sleep Apnea

Sleep Apnea Solutions is an area of service for which Dr. Janosik is a referred provider. Since 2006, physicians in Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha have referred cases to Dr. Janosik for treatment of mild-to-moderate sleep apnea and those where the CPAP machine is not tolerated. Sleep apnea affects roughly 60 million Americans and is largely undiagnosed. Snoring and excessive daytime drowsiness are warning signs sleep apnea may be present. Sleep apnea can be life threatening and will, on average, take 8 years off of a person’s lifespan. We offer sophisticated, state-of-the-art diagnosis and oral appliance therapy to open airways and eliminate snoring without the CPAP mask.

We also provide child risk assessment for sleep apnea. Children should not snore. Snoring and teeth grinding are typically associated with enlarged tonsils in children. Sleep apnea in children deprives them of the oxygen they require for healthy development, and may contribute to overall lethargy, impaired memory, underperformance in school, ADHD, stunted growth and/or weight gain.

Dr. Janosik is a member of AADSM, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
